Rob was caring and listened to me. We agreed a plan of action, however when I saw a change in my symptoms, Rob was happy to adjust the plan to suit my needs better. This meant that I got my treatment and was pain free sooner. Throughout the whole process, I had his personal email address and phone number, which was very reassuring. On the occasions when I emailed him, I received a prompt, comprehensive and helpful response.

Very informative and took the time to explain everything. Afterwards it was nice to be able to have a direct contact email to discuss any concerns.

Mr Windhaber is polite, patient and kind. During my initial consultation Mr Windhaber examined my varicose veins and recommended a course of treatment and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Mr Windhaber, put me at my ease and I felt confident with the treatment plan. On the day of my treatment, Mr Windhaber again took time to explain the treatment, ensured that I was happy to go ahead and gave me some post procedure and recovery advice, including details of how to contact him if I had any concerns. During my treatment, he explained what was happening at each stage. I was naturally apprehensive going into the treatment room, but Mr Windhaber and his colleagues ensured that I felt relaxed throughout the treatment, and I felt safe. I thoroughly recommend Mr Windhaber, and the treatment that I received in his care. I am delighted with the results and have already recommended him to family & friends.
